About Singapore

One of its most unique feature is how it perfectly blends diverse religions and cultures like Chinese, Arab, Indian, English and Malay. The one of a kind ethnic tapestry such amalgamation weaves facilitates visitors a wide range of sightseeing and culinary opportunities to choose from. Each surrounding area has its own distinct style and flavor, with aromatic spice stores of Little India, to silk and fine cloth selling Arab Quarters, to the rickety backstreets of Chinatown (where you can still possibly find fortune tellers and calligraphers).

Along with diverse cultures comes diverse religions and various colorful festivals of special significance all around the year. Although much of the festivals are celebrated by a particular group of race, they are enjoyed by everyone nonetheless.
